United Way contributors can designate funds to the Wilmington Council of St. Vincent de Paul (#9284 - Delaware United Way).

USE OF FUNDS - The Wilmington Council has no paid employees; all of our members are volunteers, therefore our overhead is very low (1/2 of 1%) so 99.5 cents of every dollar you donate goes directly to the poor.
